5.𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2-4 years in executive assistance, office management, operations, business administration or comparable client-facing professional role. 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺, hospitality or travel is a 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗣𝗟𝗨𝗦.
6. 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬: Full written and spoken fluency in English, French and Mauritian Creole to a conversational standard. Fluency in other language a plus.
7. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲: STRONG working knowledge of Microsoft 365 [words, Excel, Outlook, Teams...] and comfort learning new tools quickly. Familiarity with CRM, project or document management tool.
8. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: A genuine intention to commit to and grow with the company for a minimum of 2-3 years. If you are planning for abroad opportunities or other serious commitment please refrain from postulating.
