At Coquille Bonheur, caring for our people means more than delivering exceptional tourism experiences. It means building a workplace and community rooted in compassion, respect and human connection.
Following a tragic event that deeply affected the Coquille Bonheur family, we are proud to launch “Coquille Bonheur – Above All We Care”, an initiative dedicated to emotional well-being, open conversations and the reminder that no one should face difficult moments alone.
Inspired by global initiatives such as Australia’s R U OK?, our vision is to create a culture where a simple question like “Ki position? Tou korek?” becomes a meaningful act of care and support.

• Community awareness campaigns
• Guidance to professional support resources
• Training and engagement programmes
Coquille Bonheur will encourage dialogue, reduce stigma and strengthen the bonds that unite our staff, partners and community.
