Three cities, one important journey for Zaha Travels. 🇲🇻

After productive engagements in Moscow and St. Petersburg, our team completed the final destination of the I AM Maldives CIS Region Roadshow 2026 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on 25 September.

The Almaty event gave us the opportunity to meet travel professionals in Kazakhstan, introduce our Maldives services and better understand how we can support agencies serving travellers from this growing market.

Although the roadshow has concluded, the real work begins now. We will continue the conversations started across all three cities, share relevant resort and guesthouse options, and build lasting partnerships with the agencies we met.

Another productive day in Russia for Zaha Travels 🇲🇻🇷🇺

Following our opening meetings in Moscow, our team completed the St. Petersburg leg of the I AM Maldives CIS Region Roadshow 2026 on 23 September.

It was a valuable opportunity to meet Russian travel professionals, exchange market insights and discuss how Zaha Travels can support their clients with Maldives resort and guesthouse options, tailored itineraries, transfer coordination and assistance from a team based in the destination.

Every conversation is helping us better understand the Russian market and build relationships that we hope will develop into long-term partnerships.

Our next destination is Almaty, Kazakhstan, on 25 September. We look forward to meeting more travel professionals and introducing them to the many ways their clients can experience the Maldives.

A productive first day in Moscow! 🇲🇻🤝🇷🇺

Our team has concluded its first day at the I AM Maldives CIS Region Roadshow 2026, meeting new travel agents and discussing opportunities to bring more Russian travellers to the Maldives.

The meetings have given Zaha Travels a strong starting point as we begin developing the Russian market. We already hold direct contracts with a selection of resorts and guesthouses suited to this market, and we will continue adding more options for our travel partners and their clients.

A kids club is one of the features that can make a Maldives resort family-friendly.

The complete family experience also depends on kids club age limits, babysitting services, children’s pools, teen programmes, baby equipment, villa suitability and transfer arrangements. These can vary considerably between resorts.

Before booking, parents should ask:
