Sacred Pilgrimage Route & Meritorious Journey Map
With deep respect, we are honored to share the blessed route of the upcoming Global Walk for Peace in Sri Lanka, a sacred journey dedicated to harmony, compassion, and the well-being of all beings.
🗓 April 22
The peace walk will commence from Dambulla Temple and continue onward to Matale Aluvihara.
🗓 April 23
The journey will proceed from Matale Aluvihara to the sacred city of Kandy.
🗓 April 24
The march will begin at Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic) and continue to Beligammana Raja Maha Viharaya.
🗓 April 25
The sacred walk will continue from Beligammana Raja Maha Viharaya to Tholangamuwa Central College.
🗓 April 26
The journey will move forward from Tholangamuwa Central College to Yakkala Chandrajothi Viharaya.
🗓 April 27
The peace pilgrimage will continue from Yakkala Chandrajothi Viharaya to Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya.
🗓 April 28
The final stage of the route will begin from Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya, passing through Independence Square and the Maharaja Media Network premises, before concluding at the revered Gangaramaya Temple.
