Last weeks sunset dreaming 🌴🌊🌺
With a bit of a change in plans, I’m back in Canada after the uncertainty with COVID-19. Made a quick decision on Friday, bought a flight and 8 hours later I was home. While I do think I could’ve stayed in Mexico and be just fine health wise, with the uncertainty of borders closing, along with the potential lack of resources / facilities, this was the right decision... plus I can always go back 🥰 In the meantime I’ll be working remotely, and doing a little self quarantining with the rest of Canadians recently back from abroad 😊

The backstory from this day:
Last month I was unexpectedly *alone* in Hawaii with just 24 hours notice. Not for long though - upon landing in Maui and picking up my rental car, I somehow made a friend my first 20 minutes on the island!?
Just like that we made plans for a lil road trip the next day. I picked up my new pal (and snacks) and we were off on a full day road trip around West Maui; Olivine Pools, Ohai Trail, snorkelling at Kapalua Bay, hanging at Black Rock Beach and a full day of stories, laughs and good food with a new friend... truly the best day!! @ Maui Hawaii
