🤿 “We want to go diving!”
…then I discovered they couldn’t even swim. 😳
Did this ever happen to you?
Years ago, while working on dive yachts around the world, I sometimes received guests sent by travel agencies who had absolutely no idea what diving really involves.
No proper explanation.
No preparation.
No honest communication.
Of course, they were stressed, uncomfortable, and disappointed — and honestly, it was not fair to them.
That experience taught me something very important:
