Have you ever wondered what it would be like to make mezcal? Now a select few will get an opportunity to produce their own small batch of Mezcal. In a vacation setting I'm not going the other and real Old Mexico style. With zapotec and small town Oaxaca out in the country where the true flavorful Mezcal is produced. Come have a once in a lifetime opportunity to cut a agave cook it, grind it, ferment it, and distill it. Learning from a true master of the art Daniel Hernandez Martinez a legendary Mezcalero from the town San Balthazar on the other side of the nine points mountain. Of his beautiful countryside distillery you will get the opportunity to learn from a master this beautiful art. While staying in true country form on the top of a mountain with beauty all around you.
