Ready to build real-world experience while exploring one of Mexico’s most beautiful cities? 🌎✨

The Teen Connect Leadership Fellowship is a semester-long experience for young adults who want more than a traditional gap year.

As a fellow, you’ll live in San Miguel de Allende alongside a small cohort of peers while developing leadership, communication, and mentorship skills through hands-on experience.

You’ll spend your time:
🏡 Living in an intentional community
🎭 Supporting camps, theatre productions, and youth programs
🤝 Mentoring younger teens
📸 Creating social media, photography, and storytelling content
📚 Participating in weekly leadership workshops
🇲🇽 Taking Spanish classes and exploring Mexican culture
🌄 Visiting mountains, hot springs, historic towns, and natural wonders

Graduates leave with 100+ hours of leadership experience, a Teen Connect Leadership Certificate, and practical skills that translate into future careers, education, and life.

This isn’t just a semester abroad.
It’s a chance to build confidence, independence, and direction for whatever comes next.
