The doors are officially open! ✨

The MATTA Muslim Friendly Travel Fair (MFTF) 2026 has officially commenced, marking our biggest edition to date and another important milestone in advancing Malaysia’s position as a global leader in Muslim-friendly tourism.

Officiated by YB Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, this year’s Fair brings together 57 participating organisations across 122 booths, offering visitors a comprehensive showcase of Muslim-friendly travel experiences, exclusive promotions, and trusted travel solutions under one roof.

Yesterday’s Opening Ceremony also marked the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between MATTA and the Islamic Tourism Centre (ITC), reinforcing a shared commitment to strengthening Malaysia’s Muslim-friendly tourism ecosystem through closer industry collaboration and capacity building.
