迪加岛国家公园（Pulau Tiga）距沙巴西海岸10公里，
一座位于亚庇西南方约35海里处，从瓜拉班尤 (Kuala Penyu) 乘坐快艇约15分钟船程即可抵达。

由三个岛屿组成的迪加岛公园，其中迪加岛是是面积最大的岛屿，而这岛上最出名的便是火山泥SPA，是游客必体验的项目之一。岛上有许多的哺乳类动物， 包括无所不在的猕猴，以及巨蜥等爬行动物，还有无数的昆虫和野生兰花都是不容错过的。

The Pulau Tiga National Park is 10 km from the Sabah West Coast.
It is located about 35 miles southwest of Kota Kinabalu and can be reached by a 15-minute speedboat ride from Kuala Penyu.

The Pulau Tiga National Park consists of three islands, of which Pulau Tiga is the largest island, and the island is best known for its volcanic mud SPA, which is one of the must-see projects for tourists. There are many mammals on the island, including ubiquitous macaques, reptiles such as monitor lizards, and countless insects and wild orchids that are not to be missed.
