We would like to apologise for not being able to reply to your email and messages lately esp during the xmas and new year break as all our rental items toys and equipment were fully booked. Also half items came back in bad condition, dirty and super filthy or CAN U BELIEVE IT!!!! LOST .... We have lost a few items along the way!! Really an expensive lesson.

We are trying to find an alternative way to have our products sanitised as quickly as possible to have it ready for the next person. Pls bear with us.
