Bedrock Falls, located in Tanjung Rambutan, is a beautiful sloped cascade waterfall with a shallow sandy pool, making it a perfect spot to relax and cool down

The journey to the falls takes around an hour++ and mainly passes through oil palm estates before reaching the waterfall. Despite the distance, the trail is still manageable and suitable for beginners exploring in groups.

Semenyih Blue Lake, located in Semenyih, Selangor, is a hidden gem known for its stunning turquoise blue water. The hike to the lake takes around 1 hour and is relatively manageable, making it a rewarding spot for both nature lovers and photography enthusiasts

However, do note that the lake is actually located on private mining land, so hike at your own risk and always respect the land owner or operators if you are asked to leave. Leave no trace and help preserve the beauty of this place for others to enjoy

Tucked away within the rainforest of Jerangkang Waterfall, this hidden gem is known for its stunning multi-tiered cascades and peaceful natural surroundings. Interestingly, some sources say the waterfall consists of 39 tiers, while others claim there are 43 tiers, adding a little mystery to this beautiful destination.

The journey to Jerangkang Waterfall is part of the adventure itself, as visitors are required to use a 4x4 vehicle to access the area due to the rugged off-road trail. A permit is also needed before entering, so it’s best to plan ahead before your visit.

Bukit Bertangga is located in Felda Kumai, Bera, within the Chini Forest Reserve, and is one of the well-known recreational spots among locals. The area is popular for outdoor activities such as exploring nearby waterfalls, river bathing, and enjoying picnics, which are especially enjoyed by the local community. At the summit, hikers will find an old, abandoned trig marker, although there is no view from the peak due to the dense surrounding forest cover.

A short 500-meter walk from Taman Rawang Perdana leads to the trailhead. From there, you’ll pass through a drainage tunnel under the Rawang Bypass before starting the hike. The climb is steep, up a retaining wall right next to the busy highway, taking you to the top. Once there, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning, close-up view of Malaysia’s highest viaduct highway.

The descent can be tricky as well. You can either return the same way you came or take a different path down the other side of the hill, crossing under the highway again.

Parit Falls is a small waterfall tucked inside a recreational park in Tanah Rata, within walking distance from town. The park offers good facilities, including a campsite, parking, playgrounds, walking paths, benches, and toilets.

The river was once polluted, but conditions have improved over the years. Today, visitors can enjoy the surrounding rainforest and explore nearby jungle trails filled with local plants and wildlife.
