turated with Paint Protection Film installers, it has become difficult for consumers to choose the right installation company for their vehicles. Here are some common questions and concerns that customers have when choosing the PPF and installer:

(a) How long has InvisibleShield in the market? We started our business in 2006 as a wholesaler to window tinted films applicators, car care centres and aftermarket accessories outlets. Thereafter, we have been progressively providing training to our retailers, mobile installation service for car dealerships and supercar club. To ensure our applicators and customers are confident with the company and products, we always equip ourselves with the latest technology know-how and skills of PPF. Year 2013 marked our 7th year journey as specialist in PPF. We have come to a decision to expand our business model and products. We have now established our first retail outlet as a one-stop-centre, not only specialising in PPF, but also in windshield protection film, paint protection coating, solar and security film. (b) What are the PPF brands, offered by InvisibleShield? There are various brands of Paint Protection Film in the market (3M Scotchgard, 3M VentureShield, Avercal, ClearShield, Dura Shield, Llumar, NanoFusion, Oracal, PremiumShield and X-pel). We are constantly testing different films to ensure that we are carrying the most suitable films for our applicators and customers. This is purely to cater for customers’ preference of film finishing and budget. (c) How is the quality of installation? Using the highest quality urethane film is only as good as the installation, which is why installation quality is so critical in the process. Stretch marks, wrinkles, silvering, lifting and dimples would determine whether the film is visible and durable on a vehicle. Our 7 years of experience and expertise in the industry have provided us with the knowledge of how to prevent these issues. (d) What type of design provided by InvisibleShield? We are flexible in offering our customers either pre-cut pattern or custom installations to fit their preferences. We will be using software and a computerised plotter to have patterns cut specific to each vehicle. However, not all software is created equally. The key points of paint protection software are the number of pieces and size of the patterns designed for the various sections. We have always chosen the best pattern design and provided the best protective coverage. Nevertheless, some customers who desire more seamless results or the vehicle pattern is not available in the software, we will provide one piece custom applications. We have to emphasise that not all custom applications are equal. Therefore, a custom job being handled by inexperience installers might be risky. Our profile has proven that our installers are elite and experienced to perform custom work. With the focus on coverage, minimal seams and aesthetics, we are able to achieve incredible results with our custom work. (e) Why the price offers by InvisibleShield less competitive? We truly believe the quote of “we get what we pay for”. Our company does not price-match nor are we affected by companies that charge less. We focus on providing both the highest quality film and the highest level of installation excellence, thus, our pricing reflects this.
