The Nigeria Association of Information Technology Enabled Outsourcing Companies (NAITEOC) is a non-profit governmental organisation with offices in Abuja and Lagos. The expectation is to have the presence of the Association in the six (6) geo-political zones of the country for purpose of creating the much needed awareness and promotion of outsourcing businesses. Our mandate is to promote Nigeria as a competitive alternative on Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing in the West Africa and Africa as a whole and to other global off-shoring/ outsourcing destinations and to increase service delivery, quality and volume by acceptable global standards
The need to develop the outsourcing industry in Nigeria cannot be over-emphasized or ignored considering the enormous opportunities and gains that it brings to a nation’s economy. It is based on this premise that NITDA created NAITEOC to be an avenue for stakeholders within and outside the industry to come together and find ways to initiate and articulate strategies for the development of the outsourcing industry in Nigeria. Industry analyst and key government agencies considers outsourcing as a critical sector that could possibly engender the much needed economic revitalization and growth for the Nigeria economy. Our membership cuts across the government, ICT/ outsourcing companies, regulators, Industry associations, business organisations and international organisations.
