We're looking for a talented individual to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create engaging content for our audience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and creativity in content creation.
*Customer Support Service:* (Responsibilities)
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide travel-related information, including booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
*Content Creation:*
1. Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
2. Create informative blog posts, travel guides, and destination-specific content.
3. Produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos) for social media and website use.
4. Utilize SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
*Requirements:*
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
3. Experience in customer support, travel industry preferred.
4. Content creation skills, including writing, photography, Graphics design and video production.
5. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
