A client entered our office and requested for our service to assist him with a Schengen Visa, we told him how we can assist him, he made payment and the process began.
Though he explained to us how another agency tried assisting him and messed things up for him, but we promised to do our best regarding the application.
Along the line, the unforeseen happened, things weren't working as smoothly as expected, whenever he tried to express himself, we apologized and reassured him of giving our best to increase the success ratio.
Out of empathy for the stress he has gone through, we promised him that we are going to assist him for a south African Visa free of charge since he also indicated interest in traveling to South Africa.
This we simply did to satisfy him.
We didn't need to, but empathy can get the better part of the CEO of Emmye Travels (Okoye Emmanuel)
We have done similar things to some clients.
Since our goal is to ensure success and satisfy our clients, we go extremely far to ensure success.
Recently, we had a group of people we were assisting for a particular visa, we didn't charge them for a particular document as a way of showing commitment to them while we awaited the approvals.
Travel matters are very dynamic but we find a way to navigate and give our clients the best.
We owe them diligence, honesty and integrity in all our dealings and it can only get better.
And at the end, we kept our promise, we assisted him with a South African visa and it was approved.
We also assisted him with a Schengen visa and it was approved.
His patience paid off.
Thank God it ended in PRAISE.
Yesterday, he was en route to South Africa and after this journey, he will travel to the Netherlands (a Schengen country that gives him access to 29 European countries).
As a matter of fact, he promised to do a video-review for ads to appreciate our efforts in ensuring he got his visa.
We are always glad to see smiles on the faces of our clients. It shows they were satisfied.
