Finally the awaited trip is out. *ADO AWAYE 2.0*

If you are not aware by now that we have within our reach one of tourism gold mine ....then you are on a very long thing.

There are two Suspended lakes in the world, one in Colorado US and the second one in Ado Awaye Oyo state. Isn't that just super awesome.

Our last visit to Ado Awaye mountain was amazing. This time around we are taking it two steps higher by adding two other locations in Oyo state. This trip promises to be all shades of awesome, as we will be exploring sustainable tourism and Hospitality tourism as well.

We will be visiting International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) as well as Agodi Gardens.

Beautiful Saturday Morning it is.

Please take me back to the time I went solo to create youtube content to Agodi Gardens.

Trust me when I say, what you see is what you get for Agodi Gardens. The Serenity, the peace, the calmness....Thisbis where you go to after a stressful week to lay in the grass and read a book...walk the beautiful lawns while holding hands with someone you care for 😍... It is beyond amazing. Plus there are Awesome activities to do there such as a beautiful swimming pool and Paintballing (which is my fave 🎯).
I am beyond excited for the next adventure because it will be super packed....1 state, 3 locations, several activities 🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺....it is going to be mind blowing 😁😁😁 .

We are taking it all the way back to my first group tour ever. 🕺🕺🕺.
This was a one of it's kind trip, I learnt a lot on this trip and till today, with every adventure comes new knowledge asquired.
Ado -Awaye is one of the two locations in the world that has a suspended lake. A suspended lake is a lake that is on a higher ground or platform. Meaning there was no link to a source of water body.
Most Natural lakes usually take their sources from a larger Water body which flows and decides to branch and settle in a certain area thereby forming a lake. (I hope that makes sense, lol).
But that of a suspended lake is usually on a hill or Mountain which means there's no source that can be traced.
Another interesting thing about the Ado Awaye mountain is that, it has up to seven different attractions on the mountain, and it was believed to have once been a settlement area for our forefathers.
Astonishingly the other suspended lake is in Colorado US. Can you imagine that our tourism has this kind of amazing feature and it hasn't gotten Viral yet 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.
The Visit was indeed an amazing trip and guess what we will be revisiting very soon 🕺🕺🕺 and this time bigger, better and more amazing with other juicy attractions to it. Watch out for this space for more details.

On the hills of Obudu, thinking about life and the turns it takes. Thinking about the next direction and what road leads to which.
Thinking about what to do with life and how to approach every situation that comes with it.
Honestly I never thought of any of that, I was looking at my shoes and posing for the gram and I needed a very serious caption for the pose but it's not even working 🤣🤣🤣.
Who else struggles for those long and deep captions?
I don't even bother myself anymore, the truth is those kind of captions will obviously come freely when there's a story behind the photo and you connect emotionally to the photo and not just posed for the gram.

●WORLD OCEANS DAY 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️

Today we are celebrating the oceans around the world. The Ocean has become one of the Major Tourist resources that we have and it is important that we pay attention to it, by making sure we do our own part to keep it clean at all times and not disposing refuse in it.
It's quite sad that some people visit the beach and in the process of having fun they throw their garbage in the water forgetting that these water serve as a habitat to some species and eventually these wastes get to wash off into the ocean, decomposing and causing harm to the habitat.
So let's do our little part by not causing more damage. Have a wonderful weekend 💛

WOMAN (TRAVEL) CRUSH WEDNESDAY 🌼🌼🌼
Did not post the WTCW for a while and we are back at it. Today I am crushing on of the most amazing travel Enthusiast I know.
She's non other person than my one and only Sarah . She defies major odds and proves that nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams not even Marriage. Sarah is happily married (for those planning on shooting shots in her DM 🙄🙄) and still has time to travel and explore.
She's amazing and super brilliant, and she writes beautifully.
She has taught me so many things and she loves to learn, she pays attention to details and absorbes every knowledge she can from you.. Oh let's not forget that she's a typical warri babe and can be really troublesome but there's never a dull moment around her. This and many more is why we are crushing on her today. H.A.P.P.Y

Happiness is a choice, we have to make conscious effort to be happy. There's a whole lot going on in people's life that you can not begin to imagine, so in as much as people are trying to make conscious effort to be happy, don't be the bursted gall bladder that wants to toxicate the little happiness of others.
I'm also happy cause it's Friday even though, it's going to be a long and busy weekend for me, I'm still excited however.

I'm most happy when I see happy faces. When I can make others smile. Depression is a serious thing in this part of the world, that some people even go into it without knowing because we are facing one pressure or the other, that's why I always clamor that whatever opportunity we find to get into a positive mood and vibe we should always grab it.
I will be remembered for some little things, like putting smiles on people's faces. This was the first time some of the participants took a boat ride and they loved it. Whenever they remember their first time, I'll be somewhere in their brain, which is all that matters 😊😊.
Like I always say, life is short so live your life to the fullest while at it rather than let life live you. ~It's more than an adventure, it's an experience~
