What are you doing this season ⁉️
1. Staying home, because you think its not safe to go out❓
2. Going out, even though you know its not safe to go out❓
3. You have nowhere to go, even if you want to go out❓
4. You find a reason to go out, because waka-dugbe is your middle name❓
I am definitely no.4 🤗🤗 and says I should stop “out-going”😂 while decided that today is a good day to sly me (which I’ve decided not to forgive)
So whats yours?

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES FOR THIS LOCKDOWN

Many of us are desperate to get outside and are wondering what outdoor activities are safe to do right now? And how to do them while taking the proper precautions?

For one, be sure to follow the latest mandates by the NCDC. Stick to doing outdoor activities alone or with members of your household. Wear face mask to shield your mouth from respiratory droplets, I also learnt that you should wear sunglasses to protect your eyes also.

1. Walking
Taking a walk outside can-do wonders for your physical and mental health. Opt for a stroll around your street; you can go during off-hours to minimize contact with others (but be sure that it is safe).
Remember, the virus can survive on surfaces, so try not to touch surfaces; if possible, carry hand sanitizer and wipes. Wash your hands immediately once you return home.

2. Running
For those that are not lazy like me, going for a jog is another option.
And please, no spitting or blowing snot out of your nostrils: The virus can be in the postnasal drip you expel via your nostrils or by spitting.

3. Workout
If you miss your visits to the gym, start your own workout routine at home. There are several mobile applications available to help you keep fit at home.
You can shoot me a DM for suggestions

4. Biking
As long as you’re steering clear of crowded routes, taking a bike ride is a good way to blow off some steam.
Carrying a water bottle on the bike will prevent the need to stop somewhere more crowded to hydrate.

I don’t own a bike; so, this option is not available for me.

Outdoor Activities to Avoid

Please and please, skip group sports like basketball, football etc. even if you’re planning to play with a group of relatives, friends or neighbours.
Team sports should be avoided right now because they involve gathering players and spectators in one place
Feel free to add your suggestions

Firstly, black shouldn't have been worn
Nigeria has been so hot
And it was a SUNday
Hair down, after "The Grace"
Let's go grab Lunch
Light's out, Nepa happened, Gen won't start
Sit here, sit there, it would get cooler
Fan would be here sooner
Food came, filled up our bellies and dashed out
Red flowers here we come!
Yes, it's picturesque, I have a gallery of photos to show
Momentous, was the top notch Customer Service💯
Pardonable, was the fan that never came
All these shindig, for a savour not fancied
Finally, maybe it was just the heat

Break over, baby I'm back 🎶

I got busy, trying out a couple of food places (restaurants, bistros, salad halls etc). Trust me the food life isn't cheap😟

I have a particular reservation with Oxford's dictionary definition of "Bistro - a small, inexpensive restaurant." How can you say "inexpensive" yet fish and french fries is N4,500"

Haba!

The food was tasty but as usual, I ate it all before once again remembering that I need a picture for the gram.

As usual, I downed my meal with MILKSHAKE😉 I decided to go for the Chocolate flavour because someone keeps saying I don't like chocolate (and I wanted to prove them wrong🙄)

To my detriment, as the shake tasted like Cowbell Choco with extra sugar😭😭😭😭. I'm never ever falling for peer pressure again

I'll stick to my Vanilla and Strawberry flavors ☺️☺️

Oh, I just remembered the time I got my Milkshake replaced because I complained that it wasn't as tasty, this was a different restaurant and a story for another day📌

Dear , the food was absolutely delicious and the Strawberry x Banana Smoothie💯...your staff was warm and receptive (he encouraged my partner to share his food with me☺️😅😅)... I've tried out your muffins and ice cream before and I can say that they are also delicious

Have an awesome March guys 🤍
