📖 SUNDAY SERVICE RECAP
In today's meeting, Pastor taught on "Faithful Leaders Build a Flourishing Church."
We learned that the strength of a church is not measured by the eloquence of the pastor but by the commitment and faithfulness of its members. Every leader has a responsibility to carry the burden of God's house, not merely occupy a position.
We also learned that leadership in the Kingdom is stewardship. God has entrusted every soul that walks through our doors to us, and we must serve with faithfulness, excellence, diligence, and love.
Pastor further emphasized that church growth is a collective responsibility. It is reflected in the little things we do—our consistency, punctuality, prayer life, and commitment to serving. If every leader faithfully carries out their assignment, the church cannot remain stagnant.
Another powerful reminder was that people watch our commitment more than they listen to our words. Our lives should be examples that inspire others to follow Christ.
We were also charged not to wait until we are reminded before carrying out our responsibilities. Taking ownership of our assignment is a mark of faithful leadership.
Finally, we were reminded that our service in church is ultimately unto Christ and not unto men. Every opportunity to serve is an opportunity to reveal Christ.
Prayer: May God help us to remain faithful stewards, committed leaders, and servants who build a flourishing church for His glory. Amen.
