This is ultimate because everything you ever become is determined by how well you are.

Have you been paying attention to your health?
And, hold on, not just your common vitals, have you asked yourself, what is my current mental state?

The year is coming to an end and this comes with a lot of feelings!

Do you feel underachieved?
Do you feel like you need to take a break?
Do you feel like you need to talk to someone?
Are you feeling hurt?
Do you feel like you’re not seeing the result or rewards you desire or deserve?

Beyond the common words, how are you deep down?

Most people never talk about this. Yet, it happens everywhere!

You know what it is?

Conflict.

Yes. You know how much you love your mom right? How much you love your best friend, your brother? Your rommie? Your babe?

Truth is, you love them all, but if you look deeply, you’d realize you’ve had issues aka conflict with them at least once, or twice before!

A wise man once said it’s not just by learning how to love, you also need to learn how to fight (manage conflict).

Think about it and you’d remember how many good friendships that are gone just because of this thing called conflict.

The goal is to realize that conflict should never be the end of a true friendship. We can’t escape it, but we can manage it!

We’re here with another word, this time, it is “forgiveness”

During our Karaoke food and reflection party, The Nigerian Futurist took us on a reflective trip in our memory lanes back to the so many grudges, disappointments and hurt that we’ve experienced over the year.

It was super emotional, while having everyone reached deep enough to free themselves, most of those memories brought back tears. Positive sobs in every corner of the room as our hearts were softened.

Who could have known that 99% of the amazing fun valley gentlemen and ladies had so much to let go?

Truth is, you also may not know how much you’ve buried, so hey, following this series, don’t you think this is the best time to search through your heart and forgive.

Have you ever asked yourself this genuine and gentle question;

What makes me happy?

It’s interesting how studies have shown that many people are in pursuit of happiness, but they do not have s clear definition of what makes them happy.

For you, is it music?
Traveling?
Eating?
Earning money? 😂
Is it getting gifts?
Or when you give?
Is it when you’re with someone?
Or when you’re NOT with someone?

Maybe you need to make a list today of the things that make you happy.

And when you do, make sure you do only the things you have on that list at every chance you get!
