Keke Adebayo's Lifestyle Coaching Experience- KALCE Extreme weight loss to simple lifestyle changes, everything goes.... I take out all the guess work and i am your total cheerleader. Your journey starts here....

My philosophy is simple, everyone knows what they need to do to lose weight in general, its tried and tested... but its really hard. There are a number of temptations along the way and hidden calories everywhere to trip you up. We're doing this programme together.

Its been a month (or so facebook alerted me).

So here's an update of what we've been up to.

Last time we chatted we were on the Cambridge diet. Cambridge as usual was amazing but not the most easy diet to stick to. We lost weight and then went away on holiday and promptly put it back on again. So time for a change.

We are trying an oldie but a goodie this week. The Forever Living Clean 9 detox. We are on day 3. Days one and two were hellish (but we are 2kilos down) to say the least but right now we are feeling no pain.

Has anyone else tried this detox plan? Do you have any stories to share or questions to ask? Please inbox us....

We've also added spinning to our exercise regime and absolutely love it. Definitely decided that no matter what happens with the diets, spinning will stay forever.....

Finally, please let us know of any amazeballs places for yoga. The ending of festival yoga has left a festival sized hole in our hearts and we are yet to find a replacement.

Chat to you all soon.

Cambridge diet day 14
Its getting too hard to keep track of everything so will just give you yesterdays and this mornings stats-
Total weight loss: 2.5 kilos (people are starting to notice so we assume inch loss is on the rise)
No of workouts:3 (one spinning and two sessions with the trainer)
Food intake: 3 cambridge diet shakes, one moimoi, two pieces of fish, one glass of red wine and a teeny tiny bowl of noodles (very naughty but we did say three workouts, was ready to pass out)
Hunger level: ok
General state of mind: sleepy
Comments: Dieting is boring, limiting and a pain in the bum (which probably explains why we cheat from time to time). setting a workout challenge for this week- two spinning sessions, 6 sessions with the trainer and two yoga sessions. Its all going according to plan so far so hopefully we can keep it up.
Wish us luck.

Cambridge diet day 7
Total weight loss: one kilo (but we swear we can see inch loss)
No of workouts: 4
Food intake: Gosh who can remember, lots of cambridge shakes and bars, some chicken and some salmon. The efo we had on sunday probably wasn't the best idea though lol.
Hunger level: surprisingly mild
General state of mind: fabulous
Comments: We thought we'd have lose more on the scales not gonna lie, its a bit disheartening but then we did cheat just a little bit (aforementioned efo and ok maybe some vodka and sneaky glass of champagne) so this week we are going to try our best to follow it to the letter and see how we do.
As usual wish us luck and tell us your stories.

Cambridge diet day two!
Total weight loss: half a kilo
No of workouts: 2 (interval training and pilates)
Food intake: 2 cambridge diet shakes, one cambridge diet bar, 3 small pieces of chicken.
Hunger level- through the roof
general state of mind- sleepy
Wish us luck!!!!!!! Weekends are the worst!!!!

Gosh it feels like we only have time to update once a month these days. Will totally try to be better, please don't lose interest in us... we promise we haven't lost interest in you.

Circumstances have changed sooooooo much for us this year and we need your help and advise.

We have found that for about two weeks almost every month we have to travel on a long haul trip to weird and mysterious places.

We are sooooooo interested to find out how people stick to diet and exercise whilst out of their natural habitat. Please send in your stories, we need ideas and inspiration. All this travelling is taking its toll on our waistline.

Thanks everyone

Hello People,

Its been ages and we have to offer a huge apology from KALCE HQ. We are so sorry for not posting for long....

We got to thinking about Mondays, Mondays are a brilliant day to put the past behind you and start fresh.... so thats exactly what we're doing this Monday. We stared a Teadox this morning (like a detox but with teas lol) Its fourteen days and we're testing a tea company called BOO TEA! Its a combination of one day time tea every morning and one night time tea every other day. As well as this we're cutting out all refined foods, red meat and alcohol. As usual we will have our regular yoga and exercise classes.

Its gonna be a hard couple of weeks but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. We will update you with the results.

For more information on this and our other diet and exercise plans, send us a message.

Have a glorious week.

We are so excited about this!!!!! Not long to go people, so please sign up quick.....

Ok so its day three, (2nd full day) over here and we know we didnt post an update on the first evening or yesterday but thats because we have been soooooooo busy. We have had massages, facials and totally undergoing a very relaxing detox experience.

BUT its not all lying around and getting pampered though, did we mention that part of the programme is a juice fast? so we wake up at 6am every morning and we have a glass of juice followed by an hour long hike! after that we have an hour of cardio, another glass of juice and then settle in to numerous hours of yoga...... needless to say we are very hungry!!!!!! At 7.30 every evening we are given a lovely gig bowl of soup and we can safely say thats our favourite part of the day.

We also cant post any updates whilst we're on the go because electronic equipment is strictly forbidden in the common parts of the retreat.

Watch this space as we'll try to keep on keeping you posted.

Bottom line, we look awesome.... but we're starving!!!!!!!

DESPERATE TIMES CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES!!!!!!!

Ok maybe not quite desperate measures but what better way to detox and unwind and practice yoga than at an actual yoga retreat. We leave this evening and we shall provide you with daily (hopefully) updates. Watch this space....
