VISITING THE PROPHET’S MOSQUE

It is part of Sunnah to visit the Prophet’s Mosque before or after Hajj.

Abu Huraira (رضي الله عنه) narrated it directly from Allāh’s Apostle (ﷺ) having said this:

“A prayer in my mosque is a thousand times more excellent than a prayer in any other mosque, except Masjid al-Haram”

[Sahih Muslim, 1394a]

May Allāh (ﷻ) accept of Hajj and Umrah and make us receive the blessings in this life and the hereafter.

Ten thousand (SAR 10,000) riyals fine for photography in the Haram)

This year, the Saudi Arabian government has imposed some different and strict restrictions on Hajj 2026.

1. It is strictly prohibited to make any kind of photography or video inside or outside the Grand Mosque or during Tawaf.
Any male or female pilgrim who violates this will be immediately arrested and fined SAR10,000 Saudi riyals.
And at the same time, the Hajj visa will be canceled and he will be deported to his country.

Those whose friends and relatives are going on Hajj this year should strictly forbid them from doing this and share the post with the intention of information so that people are informed.

Due to low rainfall in Saudi Arabia, Salat al-Istisqa (prayer for rain) will take place at Masjid al-Haram.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz has called on citizens to perform the prayer across the kingdom on Thursday, November 13, in response to the shortage of rain.

The Saudi Royal Court issued a statement urging people to repent, seek forgiveness, and turn back to Allah.
