*FinAB and Hays Global Tours Concept Announce Major International Trade Fair in the Republic of Benin*
Lagos, Nigeria — In a renewed effort to strengthen regional trade and encourage international business collaboration, FinAB, a Benin Republic–based trade and business development organization, has announced plans for a large-scale International Trade Fair to be held in the Republic of Benin, in partnership with Hays Global Tours Concept, a Lagos-based events and trade promotion company.
The event, which will span ten days, is designed to promote commerce, industrial growth, and cultural exchange across West Africa and beyond. It is expected to attract participants from multiple industries, creating a space for dialogue, collaboration, and cross-border business development.
FinAB, headquartered in Benin, is the principal organizer of the fair, while Hays Global Tours Concept, led by Engr. Abdulai Hamed, serves as a strategic partner supporting international coordination and participation. The Lagos-based firm, located in Ikota, Lekki, has established itself as a key player in organizing business and tourism-focused events that connect African entrepreneurs with global markets.
According to the organizers, the forthcoming trade fair will feature a broad range of sectors, including fashion, arts, manufacturing, agriculture, food production, agro-allied industries, and culture. It is projected to attract over 350,000 participants from around the world, including more than 150 direct manufacturers showcasing products, innovations, and services.
In a statement, Engr. Abdulai Hamed described the initiative as an important platform for advancing regional cooperation and building bridges between businesses across Africa. “Our goal is to create an environment where entrepreneurs, investors, and manufacturers can connect directly, exchange ideas, and promote sustainable growth across borders,” he said.
The fair will also combine business and cultural elements, featuring networking dinners, investment meetings, exhibitions, and guided tours. These activities will not only promote trade and partnerships but also highlight the rich cultural heritage of the Republic of Benin, offering participants a complete blend of economic engagement and cultural experience.
Organizers have announced that registration is now open, with participation packages being booked rapidly. Interested organizations and individuals are advised to register early, as the registration window closes on December 15. The fair is open to enterprises of all sizes and across all sectors, reflecting the inclusive approach that both FinAB and Hays Global Tours Concept have become known for.
Industry observers believe the trade fair could play a vital role in strengthening the economic relationship between Nigeria and the Republic of Benin, while also advancing the broader objectives of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
