Since we've been in a drought for years now Santana hasn't been herself. But now that the rains have come back some what to normal, so has the bars. It was good to see Santana breaking once again like the ole days.

YOGA AT THE SURF SANCTUARY WITH AURELIA

Driven and influenced by soulful teachers; my curiosity for movement and meditation; different approaches as well as the wish to introduce and explore this beautiful tradition in an individual and accessible way - formed me into the Teacher I am today.

To share this practice with others is a great feeling, if you think you are not flexible enough to do Yoga then I will show you, it’s not true. Yoga is fore everyone and every‘body‘. I can help you find your own rhythm in order to learn how to listen to your body.

Wanted to share this very nice review left by some recent guests. They stayed at Casa Monte Verde for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Years holidays and had nothing but great things to say about the house, the Surf Sanctuary, Nicaraguans and Nicaragua.

This is an amazing place! Don't hesitate to go to Nicaragua despite the political unrest that happened over summer 2018 - we felt totally safe and there is nothing to be afraid of! Colleen was the most accomodating host we ever had! Quick responses, extrememly helpful tips, and went out of her way along with the property managers located on the grounds to make our trip as comfortable as possible. The house is well appointed with a large kitchen, dining area, living room area, bright upstairs master suite, 2 bathrooms with hot water, good wifi, and much more! It is only a few minutes walk from a very secluded and beautiful beach. This is the perfect place for a relaxing get-away. The house itself is very private and situated on a very large property with other houses that are far enough away for privacy and the place is gated and safe. The pool area is beautiful and a 1 minue walk from the house. It is shared but felt private as there was rarely anyone around. the photos don't do it justice!

10 more days and we are on our way to Casa Monte Verde. Can't wait! The Surf Sanctuary has been hard at work on some renovations on the house and yard so we are excited to see how great everything looks. Looking forward to great food and drinks, hammock time, pool time, beach time, fun waves and beautiful sunsets. Maybe fishing and horseback riding too!

One of if not the biggest swell of the year so far. Winds were kind of strong and a crew out at the Outer Reef taking it on. Size dropping and in a few days more swell to come.
