🤔 Something that sets us apart from the rest of the living beings in this world is our ability to our future. 🔮 Given that the future is always uncertain, it can be perceived both as daunting and/or exciting, depending on the attitude we choose to define our frame of looking. 👀

💗 A big reason I love what I do is that my allows me to get creative and facilitate people to tap into their imagination to envision future and futures. Last year with ZEZA I’ve had the chance to design and lead a co-creative design process combining future thinking and design thinking that lead to some brilliant that combined the latest technological developments in , while reflecting the current challenges and needs in the sector.

Infusing principles in facilitation frame an invitation for the participants to choose behaviors that would sustain them best towards reaching their goal as well as shaping a group culture of how do we want to be with each other. The ones I often use are : CARE, DARE, SHARE as they can be easily contextualised to different topics and processes. What values / principles / agreements help you thrive in a group?

🙈 Jokes, excuses, sarcasm, gossip between your colleagues… are just few of the symptoms when there is something uncomfortable that needs to be addressed in your team / organization.

👀 Noticing these symptoms of resistance and creating the space for the voices of dissent and opposition in the room is the beginning of change. Resistance is not bad, it is just a nudge that something deeper is going on that seeks to become conscious so the system / relationship could evolve. 🌀

There is so much fun in facilitating speculative design for AI! Thanks to the big European consortium called AI4Media we had the chance to run a co-creative process with AI professionals and scientists that imagined different future scenarios and developed concepts for revolutionary AI products and services that can potentially serve many in the European media sector.

WHAT MAKES LEARNING PROGRAMS ENGAGING AND IMPACTFUL? 🧐

Check out these 👇🏻 effective strategies:

🎤Incorporate techniques to illustrate that demonstrate the of behavior change on the business and employees.

🥋Use and learning techniques such as role-playing, simulations, and group activities to engage learners and encourage active participation.

👾Use techniques to create a fun and competitive learning environment designed to motivate learners and make learning enjoyable.
