One year ago we spent a week in Tunisia, seeing Tunis, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said, and Hammamet.
Got in cars with strangers 🙃, smoked shishas, jumped in the waters of Carthage in our dresses, and made new friends. I think I’ll settle there when I’m old. ❤️🇹🇳

Why you’ll love Armenia, reason number one.🇦🇲They catch the stray dogs, vaccinate and sterilize them, then release them. I did a walking tour and a few joined us the whole time. Even though the locals feed them, I had to as well. For me, it’s just beautiful to see them play, join tourists on walks, and mostly have freedom to roam. It beats being locked up in a 5x7 cage at a shelter.🐕

Coffee is a gateway liquid. Being a bit too pushy for meetings, an Italian friend asked “Well, did you take them out for coffee first?” I had not, but immediately started all forthcoming friendships and business relationships with a coffee meetup. I quickly learned that business etiquette in Italy. But coffee transcends Italy. While in Oman, my guide asked three times if I wanted to stop for coffee. “No, thank you.”
My brain woke up. “Yes, actually yes I’d love a coffee right now!” We stopped at one of his favorite spots and he bought my coffee before continuing. We then talked of cultural differences and lifestyles. Now it has me thinking where else I’ve been that coffee has been used as a gateway liquid to connect with others.

Bonjour mon amie! I'm sharing with you my 2 day itinerary for Paris. If you've already seen the Eiffel Tower and just want to stop over while on the way somewhere, I've got you. My daughter and had a blast while stopping at the most Instagram worthy and aesthetic (her favorite word right now) places. Tell your girlfriends to pack their bags. Au revoir! 🥐😘🥖✈️

No pets left behind. 😁 That’s right, I moved my zoo to Italy. Well, Bliss Pet Services did the hard part.
Anyway, Italy makes a great environment for them. Vets come to your house for the passport (yep, dog has a pet passport), plenty of parks, and plenty of vets reachable by taxi or on foot.

Paris is always a good idea even if just for a weekend. I mixed the old with the new, revisiting the Louvre and eating again at Café Saint Honoré. New by having an evening picnic in front of the Eiffel Tower when it lights up, got in to Le Maison Rose, and new by buying some Moroccan scents from a cool street vendor. 🌸

Amsterdamnnnn! Wow, how you have grown! I told my guide it’s been years since I’ve last been here and how it seems bigger. “It looks full.”
His response? They’re building 6 more artificial islands and the population has grown 28% since last time I was here.
