Victoria leads a high-performing team of travel professionals, bringing together global vision and deep local expertise. By adapting BCD’s global standards to the specifics of the Chilean market, she helps clients achieve strong results, without compromising quality.

A strong advocate for professionalizing the travel ecosystem, Victoria played a pioneering role in the creation of the GBTA Chapter in Chile and continues to champion the development of travel managers, rooted in efficiency, trust and shared value.

Based in Santiago, Victoria is a mother of three and a sports enthusiast – especially tennis, where discipline, focus and strategy take center court.
