“Hi, I’m Federica Gullotta, senior strategy manager in BCD’s Contact Center Solutions team. I joined BCD four years ago, and after many years in the United Kingdom, I recently returned to my hometown of Catania, Sicily, a place that will always feel like home.

In my role, I help shape and evolve the solutions that enable our travel consultants to deliver exceptional service to clients around the world. I work closely with Operations and colleagues across the business to identify opportunities for innovation and implement scalable solutions throughout our global Contact Center network.

Meet Gustavo Roskoczy, country manager for BCD Argentina.

Over an impressive 37-year career with BCD, Gustavo has built deep expertise across operations, program management, supplier relations and leadership. His strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience and talent development has helped shape the business both locally and across Latin America.

Throughout his career, Gustavo has led key initiatives, including the implementation of BCD's global technologies, the introduction of ticketing automation and the development of high-performing teams. He has also played an important role in strengthening strategic supplier partnerships across the region.

Today, as country manager for Argentina, Gustavo leads all areas of the business – driving growth, innovation and transformation while continuing to put people, clients and service excellence at the center of everything he does.

Based in Buenos Aires, he’s a proud husband and father of two who remains passionate about the ever-evolving world of corporate travel.

With an estimated 50 million people living in modern slavery, it’s time to put a stop to human trafficking.🛑

On July 30, we observe World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, a crucial campaign to reflect on one of the most pressing human rights issues of our time. Human trafficking affects millions globally, with victims being exploited for labor, sexual services, and other forms of servitude.

The business travel industry plays a critical role in the fight against human trafficking. Hotels, airlines, and other travel-related services are venues for trafficking activities.

By raising awareness and training employees, we can help identify and safely report suspicious activities, thereby protecting victims. This year we're continuing our commitment to the fight with BCD Runs for Life.

In September, almost 100 BCD Travel employees along with our very own CEO, Stephan Baars, will be traveling to Amsterdam to take part in the Dam To Dam run to raise money for two incredibly important organizations:

⭐ A21 – a non-profit organization dedicated to working against human trafficking worldwide and an effort proudly supported by BCD's Human Trafficking Awareness Committee.
