⭐️ Happy holidays everyone! 🥂
It has been several months since we’ve posted anything, and we’ve already given some updates to people who have messaged us, but to summarize it:
We needed a break from social media after our year of travel // establishing ourselves in a country again and therefore choosing our sanity over consistent uploads 📸

We are now living in The Netherlands, we are working again!!, and Denny is learning Dutch (his first second language 🎉😉)

We absolutely love to have our very own place again, and whenever we travel (so far, we’ve been to Ireland and Germany) it is nice to come home.

The last picture is the view from our apartment, if you look closely, you will see the church of Delft, one of the most beautiful cities in The Netherlands (if you ask me 😎)

Thank you for all of those who reached out! We are still alive and we are still together 😁😁

We have one more week until the next year, I hope all of you have a great, great great new years celebration and that we all can explore some different and beautiful places on this earth, be healthy, happy and filled with love ♥️

We left Bali after three weeks, and are now in Singapore! 🇸🇬 We haven’t felt incredibly inspired to film lately, and decided to explore Singapore just by ourselves. Probably because of year of travel is almost over. Probably because we have had to focus on our return to ‘normal life’ while we were traveling. And maybe also just wanting one or two weeks with limited distractions, reflecting on this past year over a good bowl of Pho 🍜 😁

Some of you have been asking, and we are Okay!! 😁 We just needed to take some time to prepare for this next step in life, which happens…. This month!!!

Our world trip is almost coming to an end! 🌎 Because of covid, it has been challenging at times to just plan a trip! We’ve spent so many hours researching and booking our next location, to then cancel everything. 😪

BUT, to look at things from the bright side. Because of this, we also booked ourselves trips to countries we didn’t think we’d visit this year. Such as, Ecuador, Colombia, Curacao and…. BALI! And wow… how could we ever think to travel South-East Asia and NOT plan a trip to Bali? 🌺🌺

So far, we’ve eaten nasi goreng every day of the week and oh yes… the banana fritters are from another world 🤤🤤

Yes! We are in Bali 🌺 We have been enjoying the island for the past week, seeing all the creativity that is in abundance on this island. It’s almost time for us to leave the INCREDIBLE Thailand and move on to our next country. Our year of travels is almost over, and time really does fly when traveling non stop.

Believe it or not, we do miss to have a home to come back to. It’s all about balance. We hope we can create more balance in our free time and work whenever we go back to our ‘normal’ lives.
Do you struggle creating that balance? We certainly did before our mini-retirement😅

As I’m writing this post, we are listening to a podcast from Jordan Peterson about Ukraine. I just cant help but to end with this, because we have been glued to the news these last days and it’s very much so on our minds 🇺🇦 …

Don’t we all like a hike with a view? We had to accept many mosquito bites to finally get to this view on the Thai island of Koh Samui! We spent one full week here and honestly, it looks so much like Hawaii! Jungle mountains, waterfalls and such blue waters! Never did we know that we liked island life so much, until we moved to Hawaii a while ago. It’s good to be back on island time 🤙🏻🤙🏽

Just us, visiting a temple in Chiang Mai ✌🏽 Sometimes the grounds are so big, with lots of different temples and buddha’s to see. But one thing is always, always the same. The peacefulness at each and every temple in the country!

There are countless temples in Thailand and they all look so different from each other! We can still enjoy seeing them after being here for 6 weeks. This all white temple can be found in the most Northern province of Thailand. We decided to rent a car and explore the other provinces, but also, because we really like a road trip!Who else likes temples?
