The job we offer:

- Creating offers and travel itineraries in Scandinavia and the Nordics
- Being in direct contact with suppliers and clients (on a B2B basis)
- Booking different travel services and preparing travel documents
- Developing new products for Terra Nova Scandinavia
- Developing new products for our clients
- Invoicing clients
- Pricing of other travel related services for our clients
- Encourage our clients and partners towards a sustainable development
-Formation and supervision of 1-2 trainees

The talented person we are looking for must have the following skills:

-Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
-Italian speaking is an asset
-Curiosity about Scandinavia and the Nordics
-Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required
-Flexibility and multi-tasking as well as strong communication skills
-Hunger to learn and pro-activeness in your actions
-Thrive in an international working environment
-Positive attitude and working well in a team
-Show a strong commitment to our sustainable development

🇸🇪 Exploring Sweden with us ! 🇸🇪

Thank you to our dear colleague Mallaurie for organising an incredible fam trip across Sweden to connect with partners in some of the country’s most breathtaking spots. ✨

From Uppsala to Rättvik, Karlstad, Göteborg, and Stockholm, it was a journey filled with amazing landscapes and unique experiences! 🚗

🌆Uppsala set the stage with its historic charm, giving us the perfect introduction to Swedish culture.

🌅 In Rättvik, we enjoyed tranquil lakeside views on Lake Siljan, a highlight for our guests!

☀️ Karlstad greeted us with sunlit strolls along Lake Vänern, and memorable meet-ups with local partners.

🏙️ Göteborg brought the energy with stops at iconic spots like Liseberg and the vibrant district of Haga!

🌇And finally, in Stockholm, we connected with our wonderful partners to end the trip in style, surrounded by the city’s rich history and stunning archipelago views.

Carolane recently embarked on an internal Fam trip with colleagues from Haman Group, exploring some of Sweden’s hidden gems 🇸🇪!

🌍 They visited Stockholm, Mora, Falun, Tällberg and Rättvik along the scenic Siljan Lake, and wrapped up in Uppsala.

📍 Stockholm: Kicked off the trip with visits to the and the iconic —both are must-see stops for anyone wanting to dive into Sweden’s rich maritime and Viking history ⚓🛡️.

📍 Falun: A fascinating guided tour of the historic mine—highly recommended if you're in the area! The horse painting workshop at the was a fun way to create a meaningful souvenir 🎨🐴.

📍 Tällberg: This charming village offered stunning lake views and delicious food 🍽️.

📍 Rättvik: Famous for its 600+ meter long bridge, this picturesque spot is perfect for a quick stop on your way further north 🌉.

📍 Uppsala: A university city steeped in history, home to a magnificent Gothic cathedral that’s a must-see 🏛️.
