We are expanding our team and are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative French-speaking Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Oslo office for a temporary contract of 1 year.

The job we offer:
- Creating offers and travel itineraries in Scandinavia and the Nordics
- Being in direct contact with suppliers and clients (on a B2B basis)
- Booking different travel services and preparing travel documents
- Developing new products for Terra Nova Scandinavia
- Developing new products for our clients
- Invoicing clients
- Pricing of other travel related services for our clients
- Encourage our clients and partners towards a sustainable development
- Training and supervision of 1-2 trainees

The talented person we are looking for must have the following skills:
-Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
-Italian or Portuguese speaking is an asset
-Curiosity about Scandinavia and the Nordics
-Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required
-Flexibility and multi-tasking as well as strong communication skills
-Hunger to learn and pro-activeness in your actions
