Day 02 : Fly from Nepalgunj to Juphal & trek to Chhepka (2678 m)
Day 03 : Chhepka to Chunuwar ( 3130m

Day 04 : Chunuwar to Ringmogaon (3641m)
Day 05 : Rest Day and explore Phoksundo Lake
Day 06 : Ringmo village to lake side camp (3630m)
Day 07 : Lake side camp- Tuk kyaksas khola camp (4600m)
Day 08 : Tuk Kyakas khola - Nagdola la pass (5350m)- Shey gompa(4343m)
Day 09 : Explore Shey Gompa
Day 10 : Shey Gompa- Sela la (5095m) to Namgung(4400m)
