When packing for trekking, keep these essentials in mind:

Backpack – Choose a comfortable, lightweight, and well-fitted backpack.

Clothing – Pack weather-appropriate, moisture-wicking, and layered clothing. Don't forget a rain jacket.

Footwear – Sturdy, well-broken-in trekking shoes with good grip.

Navigation – Carry a map, compass, or GPS device.

First Aid Kit – Include bandages, antiseptic, painkillers, and any personal medications.

Food & Water – Pack energy bars, dry fruits, and sufficient water (with a purifier or filter).

Sleeping Gear – Sleeping bag and lightweight tent (if needed).

Accessories – Sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, trekking pole, and multi-tool knife.

Duration: 7-12 days (depending on the itinerary)

Difficulty: Moderate

Maximum Elevation: 4,130m (Annapurna Base Camp)

Start/End Point: Nayapul, Ghandruk, or Jhinu Danda (varies)

Best Season: Spring (March-May) & Autumn (September-November)
