The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a spectacular, off-the-beaten-path adventure that offers a true Himalayan wilderness experience. While its popularity has grown since teahouses were established in 2010, it remains less crowded than other classic treks in Nepal. The trek takes you through remote villages, lush forests, and stunning landscapes, culminating in the crossing of the challenging Larkya La Pass at 5,160m (16,929ft). Along the way, you'll be immersed in the rich local culture, Buddhist traditions, and stunning mountain views, making this trek an unforgettable journey.

Itinerary
Day 1: Kathmandu to Machhikhola
Drive to Soti Khola, then trek to Machhikhola (8 hours).
Day 2: Machhikhola to Jagat
Trek through beautiful landscapes to Jagat (7 hours).
Day 3: Jagat to Dang
Trek through forests and villages to Dang (7 hours).
Day 4: Dang to Namrung
Continue trekking to Namrung, passing through diverse landscapes (8 hours).
Day 5: Namrung to Shyala
Trek to Shyala, a charming village with stunning mountain views (6 hours).
Day 6: Shyala to Samagon
A short trek to Samagon (2 hours), a great acclimatization stop.
Day 7: Rest Day in Samagon
Rest and acclimatize to prepare for higher altitudes.
Day 8: Samagon to Samdo
Trek to Samdo, a Tibetan-style village (3 hours).
Day 9: Samdo to Dharmashala
Trek to Dharmashala, the base camp for Larkya La (4 hours).
Day 10: Dharmashala to Bhimtang via Larkya La Pass
Cross the challenging Larkya La Pass (5,160m) and descend to Bhimtang (9 hours).
Day 11: Bhimtang to Goa
Trek through lush forests to Goa (7 hours).
Day 12: Goa to Dharapani
Trek to Dharapani (3 hours), then drive to Besisahar.
Day 13: Drive from Besisahar to Kathmandu
Drive back to Kathmandu, completing the trek.
