โข Develop and manage inbound tourism business
โข Design and coordinate customized tour itineraries
โข Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local partners
โข Ensure seamless travel experiences for international guests

โข Design and sell outbound holiday packages
โข Coordinate with international suppliers and travel partners
โข Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and bookings
โข Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey

โข Manage domestic and international air ticket reservations
โข Handle GDS-based bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds

โข Provide timely support to corporate and retail clients

โ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
