The Himalayas of Nepal, I call them the seats of the gods, they make me humble and silent. I have done several treks in Nepal, it is like magic,overwelming nature, illustrated by rivers,lakes,temples,
jungle, pilgrim places and a varity of landscapes.
I prefer the off beaten treks,quiet and pure.
This trek is moderate to strenuous.
To reach the start of trekking we drove 8 hours by car with driver. Pikey Peak our first goal,height 4065m, situated in lower Everest region with beautiful landscapes,hills,local culture of the Sherpa people. At the top of the peak a beautiful panoramic vieuw of the mountains among other Everest,Makalu,Kanchenjunga.Overnights in local people hotels,I love the Nepali locals with their warm hospitality.
The second goal Dudh K***a 4561m height, meaning white milk lake.
Trekking in the Dudh K***a valley is as if you are in an other dimension,
Rough,wild,hills,waterfalls.
Never ending rocky stairs to the sacred milky lake at the foot the of mighty Numbur Himal 6.958 m.
With guide Dorje and carrier Lakpa,these 19 days trekking alone, I felt safe,they took care every sec, and kept me motivated when my body tried to give up.
The vieuws,the local people with their smiles,cooking their local food Dal Bhat in the kitchen, my trekking day reminishing, all impressions of the day, exhausted but fulfilled, I always think ,I could stay here forever.
Thankyou very much my bodyguards, I will never forget, deeply respect for your support,taking care and having a mindblowing time in Nepal 🙏🙏🙏
