4. Barahi Temple:- Taal Barahi Temple, also known as the Lake Temple or Varahi Temple, is a pagoda-style two-storied temple on a small island in the middle of Phewa Lake. The temple has a deity called Ma Varahi, the incarnation of Maa Durga, which Hindu and Buddhist people worship. It is said that the king built the temple due to the dream that he saw. People of the area also believe that the temple was built by a devotee of Goddess Varahi, King Kulmandhan Shah of the Shah Dynasty. He built the temple in 1864.
