"How much does EBC actually cost?"
The question we hear every single week.

So here it is. The real breakdown for 2026, from someone who's led hundreds of trekkers to Base Camp.

Quick answer: $1,500 if you're on a tight budget, ~$2,000 for a comfortable experience, up to $2,800 if you want every comfort available at altitude.

Hi, I'm Prem Pandit. I've spent the better...

Hi, I'm Prem Pandit.

I've spent the better part of two decades walking these trails. Everest, Annapurna, Kailash, Langtang, Manaslu, Bhutan. Over 500 expeditions. The same mountains, but never the same sunrise.

I started Mountain Hawk Trek in 2009 because I believed these trails deserved guides who grew up in their shadow. Not operators reading from a script. Not agencies who've never laced up a boot. Guides who know the tea house owner by name, who know which bend gives you your first view of Everest, who know because they've been there hundreds of times.

Fifteen years later, that's still the only thing we do. Nepal. Tibet. Bhutan. Guided by the people who call it home.

This page is where I'll show you what these mountains actually look like from the inside. The trails, the tea houses, the food, the people. No stock photos. No sales pitch. Just the Himalayas the way we see them every day.

If you've ever thought about trekking in Nepal, or if you already have and want to come back, you're in the right place.

Welcome to the mountains.

There are places that change the way you measure distance. Not in kilometers, but in days above the clouds, in silences you didn't know existed, in the weight of a sunrise you had to earn.
Mountain Hawk Trek has been guiding those journeys since 2009. From Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp. Through the Annapurna Circuit. Across the passes of Bhutan and Tibet. Privately, responsibly, one group at a time.

500+ expeditions. 2,000+ trekkers trusted. Zero safety incidents in fifteen years. Government accredited, NTB registered, TAAN member. Not because we needed the badges, but because the mountains demand that standard.

Every route our founder Prem Pandit sells, he's walked himself. Repeatedly. That's the difference between a tour operator and a guide.

We don't do templates. We build your trek around you. Your fitness, your timeline, your curiosity. Altitude acclimatization is built in. Safety is the baseline, not the selling point.

The Himalayas will humble you. We make sure they don't harm you.

Follow along. The trail is open. Visit us at: https://www.mountainhawktrek.com
