Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to announce that all of our Hujjaj have now safely departed from Saudi Arabia after completing their Hajj. Most have already arrived home safely, while a few are still in transit and on their way home.
As many of you know, since the introduction of the new Nusuk system by the Ministry of Hajj, there have been many challenges throughout the Hajj process, from registration right through to the purchase and management of Hajj packages.
Alhamdulillah, our team has been working closely with the Ministry of Hajj and Nusuk for the past three years. Through this experience, we have become very familiar with the system and have built strong working relationships with both the Ministry and Nusuk.
From day one until the final departure, we remained committed to being alongside our Hujjaj every step of the way. We understand the importance of having guides from the same country who speak the same language and understand the needs and concerns of our pilgrims. For this reason, our guides remain with the Hujjaj day and night until the last pilgrim departs from Saudi Arabia, only leaving afterwards themselves. While this can be challenging, it is a commitment we proudly uphold because we always strive to deliver on our promises.
We do not rely on local Saudi guides, as we believe our pilgrims benefit most from familiar faces who understand their culture, language, and expectations. We are also grateful to our service providers for understanding our approach and supporting the requests we make on behalf of our Hujjaj.
Alhamdulillah, through our dedication and commitment to fulfilling our promises, we have received many positive comments, compliments, and heartfelt feedback from our Hujjaj and People who follow us throughout the Hajj 2026 journey on our social media platforms, This encourages and motivates us to continue improving and serving the Guests of Allah to the best of our ability.
Regarding Hajj 2027, Please check your passport expiry date and renew it early if required. Follow all our social media platforms for the latest updates and announcements. Hajj 2027 registration is expected to open towards the end of 2026 through Nusuk, In Shaa Allah.
Regarding our 2026 Umrah tours, In Shaa Allah, we will be making announcements in the coming weeks through all of our social media platforms.
