Palms held together helps the Exhale...The letting go so we can receive the abundance of life. Hold this Mudra for 36 breaths. Exhaling and inhaling deeply. Drop the shoulders. BE in the moment.

Welcome to news of the upcoming study group offerings hosted by Carlos and Wayne.

This monthโ€™s study group will be about Self-Help & Philosophy, appropriate for the new student as well as long time practitioners.

2.5 hours, students will have the opportunity to ask questions, address previous questions and share experiences through the community chat.

Cost is US$60 per meeting, unlimited access to replay of that meeting for three months.

The focus of these meetings is to present the deep philosophy and profound simplicity of Jin Shin Jyutsu. After decades of studying, practicing and teaching of art, weโ€™ve both realized more and more clearly the importance of two statements repeated most often by Mary Burmeister in her classes.

First โ€œSimplify, simplify, simplify; to know myself is to simplify.โ€

Second โ€œThe richness of Jin Shin Jyutsu is found in its philosophy. The technique is for when you donโ€™t live the philosophy!โ€

These two statements are the motivation for us to share the RICHNESS of our ART, thus honoring Maryโ€™s wonderful legacy.

Now more than ever it is important to quiet the mind and stay calm. Jin Shin Jyutsu has a lot of selfhelp tools on offer to stay centred and calm no matter what goes on around you. My favourite JSJ tool is to place both hands on top of my head, either interlaced or flat with fingertips meeting on midline. I become aware of the sensations in my hands and their subtle ignition of the energy flowing through my whole body. My breathing naturally becomes slower and deeper and my whole body and mind starts to enter a state of calm and peace. This exercise can be done in a lying position or comfortable sitting position for 20mins or longer. You can also go to sleep with it๐Ÿ˜ดThe calmer each of us become the more calmness we send out globally through our universal connectedness. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ™Œ

Master Jiro Murai said... "The deepest help we have is first, the Breath. Then the fingers. Everything is in the fingers. One day we will understand that everything can be harmonised through the fingers, and the hands".

The hands connect to the brain. Each of the fingers helps us to harmonise one of the Depths.... different layers of the body, different dimensions of being. These layers have qualities. They are movement of energy as it spirals from spirit to matter and matter back to spirit; from surface to core and core back to surface.
