Hi friends

As you probably know our business has been a little affected by the border closures. It's no secret that we have been able to keep all our staff employed (on reduced hours) with the 2 wage subsidies. But the cash runs out for us on 10 August. Then things get tricky!

Michele and I have decided this business will survive, but it might be a bit rocky until 2021!

Here's our situation ..... our sales are down 90+% but we are busy processing refunds, reorganising people's planned trips, and repatriating kiwis and visitors stranded away from home.

We are working hard on some innovative NZ travel tours and offerings, but until we can all travel more freely internationally things will continue to be a bit grim!

So it would be pretty good if we can get some further relief from the Govt, in much the same way they compensated farmers when herds are put down due to M.Bovis or Kiwifruit growers are compensated when vines are ripped out to stop PSA-V.
