Exciting moments ahead as I work on re-creating my website, with some new portrait sessions included; personal work, 'client work ', and some new portrait photographs, some of my awards... and some of my favourite images over the years that I have done and still love. It's hard to part with some of them.

I can see the influence of art, nature, the classics, the avant-garde, style, the capturing of moments you will treasure forever, and membership in the NZIPP group of photographers.

The last few days I have been caught up watching the being judged live on u tube. There were some amazing imsges being judged . I was wrapped to pick up 1 gold, 1 silver distinction and 1 bronze in the creative category, and a silver distinction in the landscape creative category.

It's hard to believe I am still entering the nzipp iris awards, it's what motivated me to pick up a camera in the first instance, I used to love watching it live before I became a photographer.

Bronze award in the category for

This series was entered into the highly competitive illustrative category, and I was thrilled to pick up a bronze award for it.

There was a unique opportunity to take these, and time was of the essence as she was leaving the next day for Australia to attend one of Sydney's ballet schools.

I was overjoyed to pick up a bronze award in each of the categories I entered this year. It was a result of months of hard work, dedication, and a deep passion for my craft. This brings my total bronze awards for 2025 to 4, a testament to my commitment and love for what I do

I have always had an interest in watching the . It's what influenced me to pick up the camera after working in a professional photography studio for several years and still enter.

It's now 6 days out until this year's awards are judged in Christchurch.
