South Stays is looking for reliable, experienced cleaning contractors to help care for our Te Anau holiday homes this season.

We manage a portfolio of well-presented, high-quality short-term rental properties, and we’re looking for cleaners who genuinely take pride in leaving a home looking spot-on for every arriving guest.

**What’s on offer:**
• $50 per hour
• Work between 10am and 3pm
• No washing or drying linen – linen is professionally laundered
• Quality properties that are a pleasure to work in
• Flexible contractor work throughout the busy season
• A rostered day off each week

South Stays is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable person to help oversee the day-to-day preparation and presentation of our Invercargill properties.

This hands-on role includes:

• Coordinating cleaners and local contractors
• Checking properties are guest-ready and presented to a high standard
• Supporting guest communication and resolving practical issues
• Reporting maintenance, damage and supply needs
• Helping us deliver consistently excellent guest experiences

The ideal person will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a practical, can-do approach. Experience in accommodation, cleaning, property management or hospitality would be helpful, but the right attitude and reliability are just as important.

This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours that vary around guest arrivals and property needs.
