HOW TO GET TO CAPE REINGA
With the imminent new season getting underway, I would like to share some insights for riders and hikers on the TA.

There are several options available for traveling from Auckland to Cape Reinga.
1. A shuttle can be arranged, contact me for details.

2. Fly directly to Kaitāia with Barrier Air. Their website here. www.barrierair.kiwi
Bicycles are permitted under specific conditions; please verify with Barrier Air.
You can cycle to town or arrange for a shuttle with me.

3. Fly directly to Kerikeri via Air New Zealand; their website here. https://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/
I can provide shuttle services from Kerikeri and Kaitāia to Cape Reinga or Kerikeri to Kaitāia. Please contact me for details.

4. Travel on InterCity bus service to Kerikeri and/or Kaitāia; their website can be found at https://www.intercity.co.nz/
I can provide shuttle services from Kerikeri and Kaitāia to Cape Reinga or Kerikeri to Kaitāia. Please contact me for details.

Congratulations Martyna you did it. Your bike is just as beautiful.

Checking out the viz today in Bluff to see if our water was clean enough for a dive and I run into Martyna from Poland who asks me to take a photo for her 🇵🇱
She'd just crossed the finish line at Stirling point after biking solo over 3000kms from the other end of New Zealand (Cape reinga)!!🤯

With no one there with her to celebrate such an awesome achievement and such a long way from home I thought it'd be awesome to try and get her the recognition she deserves for completing such a physical and mentally challenging goal.
Just another example of how awesome we can all be if we put our minds to it whanau.
Get out there and make s**t happen 🤙🤙🤙
