Today one year ago we all said goodbye to Ange one last time .
Its been a Rollercoaster of a year to say the least , But from a bad situation the Angela may freedom from mental health was born and today was the 1st days she's been in the water and what a machine she is , Handles like a champ and rides smooth and stable.
Sorry its taken me almost a year to final get her in the drink but I had to spend the year learning new skills and working on myself so I could be strong enough for this whole mission to succeed 💪
And here we are team we are ready to rock n roll.💦💦💦
So if your in a rut and finding life dark and gloomy and can't seem to find help and you think a day on the water with like minded people might be what you need to get those adorphins running again and give you a boost then give us a message on the page here and we will do our best to give you a wonderful worry free day 💯💥

Well team today marks 1 year this world lost a real life angel .
Caleb here, Sorry I have been absent for awhile but I needed time to go heal myself and understand and learn before I could get the Angela may into full force , But we will now be making some noise in the coming month so keep a eye out .

But for now on behalf of my beautiful wife and the Angela May Freedom From Mental Health we would like to give a few people the opportunity to have a great night out on the house .

Chase Reihana Haley from otepoti boxing has always been a freind since high school .
Over the last few years Chase has been doing some amazing work and one of his successful ideas was to start a fight night called" punch for purpose " where people with no experience can sign up for a 10 week boot camp where they get to learn alot about them self but also some awsome skills and new tools to make a good mindset .
After 10 weeks they have an opportunity to jump in the ring and put on a show to deliver powerful messages and also over come there fears ,Over the years this event has proven to be a huge hit and always an awsome night to be apart of . https://www.facebook.com/share/1C9SzarXay/

Now im sure you all remember Leanne Vivian our amazing super star that made the grand open day happen with her amazing organization skills , Well leanne has decided to take up the challenge and she has been working hard training and has been raising awareness and funding for her chosen charity, Charity you may ask ? Thats right not only are these amazing individuals putting on a show they are also raising money for a charity of there choice so massive well done guys you are all amazing 👏 and all the best Leanne Vivian we are all proud of you and will be giving you full support 🙏

So again on behalve of my wife Angela and the Angela may freedom from mental health we would like to invite a few people to join us for a wonderful night out sure to put a smile on anyone's face 😊,

So if you have had a very hard time lately, mayby been lonely or just down in life and coming to this event may help perk you up then we would love to share a table with you and share some positive energy and make a good memory.
