Approaching the end of pregnancy and honestly… what a completely surreal chapter this has been 🤍

There have been moments of excitement, moments of overwhelm, days where I’ve felt completely at lost in my own body and days where I’ve wondered how on earth I’m supposed to grow a whole human. The female body is a warrior!!

But somehow, we’re nearly there. The beginning of a whole new kind of adventure ✨

They say it takes a village, and yesterday we felt just how lucky we are to have ours. So surrounded by love, support and excitement for our little one already.

And just like that, second trimester is over ✨

It’s been a wild wild ride, and although the sickness subsided the tiredness was extreme despite me having a jam packed diary for the entire second trimester. Baby hasn’t even entered the world yet and has already been on about 12 trips, to four different countries 🌍

If you think being pregnant was going to rein me in, your craaaZZY 🤣🤣🤣

This weekend is baby shower and I’m excited to enter third trimester, the one where we meet our baby 👶🏼

from the day before we found out, to the end of the craziest three months of our lives. I can’t explain the tiredness that came with the first few months, and how emotional the anxiety that came with finding out was going to be. But I’ve held on to the small moments, of telling our loved ones, feeling grateful everyday and getting to experience this together. The most magical time ❤️

I’m super excited to be an for Ordnance Survey for the third year 🗺️ 🥾

As founder of Outdoor Adventure Girls and a Hill and Moorland Leader I use Ordnance Survey, both the app and physical maps, all the time, whether it’s planning our hikes for the upcoming events or heading off on my own walks at the weekends 🏔️

It’s such an honour to be a champion after growing up reading maps on family walks and having OS maps all around the house 🏠 👍🏼

Over the next year I’ll be sharing lots of my favourite routes and must-have products from the OS shop. And most of all, I’ll be encouraging you to too, either to explore your local area or head off on a big hike! 🥾

Less than five years ago I couldn’t have imagined a life as incredible as the life I now get to live. Not because it’s a perfect life but because I never imagined getting to this point after struggling with my mental health for over a decade. Don’t get me wrong there’s still so many ups and downs but now instead I choose to see the magic in even the hard days, lean on those around me and ask for help when I need it. Cos it turns out, it was all part of the journey ❤️ 🫶🏼 always remember better days are coming

A little Algarve photo dump before baby arrives 🇵🇹 ad

This trip was exactly what we needed; slow mornings, beach walks, good food, plenty of sunshine and a chance to properly switch off before life gets a little busier in a few months. My favourite part? Starting each day with a walk along the beach 🌊

We stayed at W**e & Books by the Sea - Algarve Resort a beautiful new hotel with gorgeous interiors, spacious rooms and everything feeling fresh and immaculate, due to it only openly recently ✨

We travelled to the Algarve with and as always, it was completely seamless and hassle-free. Flights, transfers and hotel were all taken care of, included in our package which made the whole experience feel easy and when you’re pregnant (or just want a stress-free holiday), not having to think about the logistics makes such a difference!!!

I’m feeling very grateful for one last chance to slow down, soak up the sunshine and make some special memories before our next adventure begins 🤍

Thankful to travel with Jet2.com & Jet2holidays again for our trip, it’s starting to become an annual tradition!
