I had my first baby with an underbite. This is often caused by incorrect feeding style by the parents making him hold his beak wrong and then he gets used to how that feels. We are working to correct it, every feed I use a loom band to gently pull it into the right place and then move it up and down to strengthen the muscles and get him used to how it feels in the right place. I didn't take a before pic but it's looking much better. Fingers crossed he's normal soon :-)
