🎉 Just in time for Christmas! 🎄 Today, we’re thrilled to hand over this stunning custom home to our wonderful clients.

What makes this milestone even more remarkable is the timeline: from our very first meeting on July 19th, it took just 7 weeks to design and secure consents, followed by an impressive 15 weeks to complete the build and handover—right on schedule!

A huge thank you to our incredible subcontractors and everyone who contributed to making this dream a reality. This achievement showcases the power of teamwork, dedication, and the remarkable efficiency of our HomeI design software, which truly accelerates the process. 🙌

"Exciting progress at our Springbank project these past few weeks! A huge shoutout to the amazing team at JRS Trades LTD for completing the roof last week.

The barrier ply is now finished, and we're all set for window installation this Thursday. Things are really coming together!"

Also, you have to love how the QuickSet finishes the slab nicely.
