We are a forum and support group specifically for families who have a family member with Asperger’s Syndrome.

Aspergers connections Waikato is a Forum and Support group for those wanting tounderstand Asperger’s Syndrome through shared experiences and information.This group was formed by interested parents who attended Dr Thomas Antony’s (http://facebook.com/antonythomas.nz) Seminars at the University of Waikato CE, Hamilton and also the external courses organised by the Ministry of Education-Special Educ

ation, Hamilton. We are an informal group and meet to share experiences and information. We also share the frustrations of dealing with the Health sector and the Education sector.We share ideas and strategies that have worked for our kids

We communicate via Email. and Web pages. We inform the group of up-coming meetings, seminars on Asperger’s Syndrome and other information such as books on the subject.
