✅ Wilfield Rise Subdivision – Project Complete!

After 2 years of hard work, we’re proud to celebrate the completion of the Wilfield Rise Subdivision – a major project that has transformed this site into a thriving new community. 🏡✨

🔹 179 residential lots delivered
🔹 Site clearance including demolition & removal of existing houses, sheds, foundations, and old infrastructure
🔹 200,000 m³ of earth moved
🔹 18.5km of drainage & water supply pipework
🔹 200 drainage structures, manholes & sumps installed
🔹 7km of kerb & channel
🔹 Over 24,000 m² of roading and 12,000 m² of footpaths constructed
🔹 Landscaping, gardens & tree pits completed
🔹 Pump station built & commissioned

💧 Pegasus Water Treatment Plant – Sand Filter Replacement Underway 💪

This week our team kicked off the complex and carefully planned job of replacing the sand in the sand filter at Pegasus Water Treatment Plant.

With safety as a top priority, the crew relied on versatility, teamwork, and the right gear to get the job done. Our in-house Hydro Excavation unit handled the tough task of removing the old sand — sucking it up 8 metres vertically and then another 6 metres across to the hydro unit. 👷‍♂️

Another great example of planning, capability, and commitment in action!

This week, our hardworking crews hit a major milestone! ✅ The box culverts are in, and most of the works on Argelins Road requiring traffic management are complete!

Hanmer Springs Update 🚧

We're making great progress onsite and things are moving fast 🐰

Here is what's happening:

🚥Lot preparation for development - We're completing the finishing touches on multiple lots, ensuring they're ready for the next phase of construction.
🚥Shaping the stormwater basin - Proper drainage is key! We're carefully grading the stormwater basin to ensure water flow is optimised and to prevent future flooding issues.
🚥Importing gravel for a solid foundation - We're filling the lots with high-quality imported gravel to establish a stable base, ensuring the land is level and ready for building.

It's all about efficiency, precision and creating a solid foundation for future success 🔥

The team's hard work and attention to detail are setting the stage for something incredible. Stay tuned as we continue to lay the groundwork for the next big step!

This week, one of our crews has been working in Amberley on a small project for the Hurunui District Council, installing a new culvert. We've experienced all four seasons in just a few days, but that never stops our team from getting the job done 💪
