Peter Malcolm (Licensed Building Practitioner)– 30+ years building with experience also in tiling, paving, landscaping and painting
Caro Malcolm – 25+ years in both owning and managing restaurants, initially as a chef, but more recently working front of house.
So with over many years experience in both the building and hospitality industries, we feel that we bring the perfect combination of skills required to make owning a holiday home on Waiheke, a pleasure, not a burden for absentee owners.
We have a vision to combine the multitude of services to meet the holiday home owners needs, and are aware that many times the preparation for a holiday, or the maintenance and upkeep tasks, fall at the busiest time of the year, and therefore so often get overlooked.
