Time and time again we realize that travel's real treasure is in the people we come across, from our host local communities and comrades, whose life's journey crossed paths with ours in this instantaneous space and time, for whom we owe our teachings, wisdom, and the special moments we lived and gathered.
We swam with stingless jellyfish, dove over colorful reefs, showered in pristine waterfalls, hiked to live volcanoes and bat caves, but they were the bajao people who hosted us in their homes, fed us their delicious catch of the day, and welcomed us to their culture that made this experience memorable.
Once again Sulewesi, we are humbled and in awe, and can't wait to be back soon 🙏🏼🙏🏼

For eight years now, we at Ridge Adventure have had the privilege of taking our pack deep into remote, forgotten corners of the world—into indigenous communities quietly slipping away beneath the weight of modernity, gentrification, and heavy tides of nationalism. Every time we step into one of our Local Authentic Adventure Experiences, we are humbled. The hosts and guides who welcome us teach us lessons that no book could ever hold. They remind us of who we truly are as individuals, and of the deeper, shared fabric of our humanity. They help us remember why we walk this earth, and what legacy we hope to leave behind in the hands of our children and the generations yet to come. Those truths are not merely planned; they are felt deeply within our bones first, taking root in the heart long before they ever translate into the physical places we roam or the kindred souls we meet along the way.
Our mission—to weave community development hand in hand with the preservation of nature—is the heartbeat that keeps us grounded and focused every single day.

70-80% of our fees flow directly back where they belong: straight to the local communities who share their world with us.

Second part of our exploration to the islands off central Sulewesi; after we were awe-struck last year by the magic of the paradise islands of Banggai with some of the most beautiful untouched sandy beaches we have ever laid our eyes on, this year we are heading to the opposite side and into the Togeans and Una Unas, for some of the world's most unique experiences, between hidden magical waterfalls and beaches, stingless jellyfish lakes, and trekking an active volcano.
Join us for another Ridge Adventure to one of the largest islands of our home archipelago, finding hidden waterfalls, interacting with indigenous tribes, with a chance to swim with a plethora of jellyfish and hopping some of the world's most beautiful islands.

Egypt, does not only represent humanity's most complex chapter of history before which we remain in awe, it also represents a part of who we are that we are yet to discover; mysteries, myths, and magic when unearthed, can become the most important resource we can use to face our most endearing present and future challenges.
In collaboration with Kemet Tribe we vow to continue the search for lines in the sand, symbols, and footprints that these giants have left behind, a civilization that was so advanced beyond our comprehension, and bring them to you in the form of immersive experiences that allow you, and ourselves included to remain curious before this humbling Egyptian heritage.

The Grand Mother as the Balinese call their highest land mass, Agung Volcano, has called us to remind us that the journey is about the polishing of the mirror to see our truest form before ourselves, we reached to summit but with every step the conviction deepened that it's not about the destination, but that the only wisdom is in the journey...
